Buck Commander Home Video Contest Official Rules 2008-2009

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
   1. Buck Commander features a home video submission on the company's website www.buckcommander.com. Contestants will submit deer hunting video in different forms approved by Buck Commander to possibly be featured on the upcoming Buck Commander DVD. Some videos chosen by Buck Commander may be featured clips on www.buckcommander.com.
2. PROCEDURES
   1. Persons wishing to enter should upload videos to Buckcommander.com or send home videos to Buck Commander, 117 Kings Lane, West Monroe, LA 71292. Tapes will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. See section VI for information on deadlines.
   2. Entrants should include their name, return address and telephone number and a brief written description of the clips being submitted by mail.
   3. All submissions shall become the sole property of Buck Commander and may be used in any manner in all media. Buck Commander is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected tapes under any circumstances. Please keep a copy of your submission.
   4. All home video formats are acceptable (DVD, Mini-DV, digital video or VHS). Home videos shot for commercial purposes are not eligible. Home videos transferred to DVD or CD-ROM will be accepted provided they meet eligibility and broadcast requirement. 8MM film transferred to videotape is also accepted. Digital chips will not be accepted.
   5. Videos that purport to be spontaneous must be so, or entrant must explicitly disclose the circumstances of the taping at time of entry.
   6. Buck Commander reserves the right to edit and/or alter any submission.
   7. Videos must be exclusive to Buck Commander.
   8. Buck Commander's decisions regarding all contest matters are final. All submissions are subject to the terms of these rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and Buck Commander's decisions. Buck Commander reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
   9. Producer may, in its sole discretion, take whatever measures it deems necessary or appropriate to preserve the integrity of the contest.
3. ELIGIBILITY
   1. Employees of Buck Commander, and affiliated companies and anyone involved in the production, or administration of the contest, as well as immediate family/same household members of anyone so employed or engaged are not eligible for prize awards.
   2. Each submission must be solely the original work of entrant.
   3. Each entrant represents that his/her submission does not infringe on any third party's copyrighted material, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
   4. By submitting their videotape each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend and hold harmless Buck Commander in this contest, appearance on the video, and/or acceptance or use of any prize.
   5. No purchase necessary.
4. JUDGING CRITERIA
   1. Videos will be judged on the basis of their uniqueness.
   2. Buck Commander will select clips for inclusion in DVD Video/Online as follows:
      1. Each tape will be assigned a number, logged in and entered into a computer.
      2. All tapes will then be screened and rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Any tape rated below a 5 will be rejected for use by Buck Commander.
      3. Buck Commander's representatives will view tapes rated 5 and above for possible inclusion for Buck Commander's use, on buckcommander.com, other forms of media or as the possible contest winner.
5. GRAND PRIZE Winner
   1. Buck Commander will select a video on a date of our choosing to be featured on the first Buck Commander DVD. The winner will be featured on the video and/or online at Buck Commander's discretion. The winner will also receive a gift package of Buck Commander products including an autographed copy of the first Buck Commander DVD.
6. CONTEST DEADLINES
   1. The deadline for the contest of the 2008-2009 deer season is February 1, 2009. At Buck Commander's sole option, any video may be retained and considered for use and reuse, and used and reused, in any subsequent edition of the website or any other program and/or ancillary or other use in any and all media.
