Buck Commander Photo Contest Official Rules 2007-2008

1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION Buck Commander features a photo/story submission on the company’s website “www.buckcommander.com”. Contestants will submit deer hunting photos and a story to go along with the pictures in different forms approved by Buck Commander to possibly be featured on the main page of www.buckcommander.com.
2. PROCEDURES
   1. Persons wishing to enter should send as many different photos as they wish to Buck Commander, 1978 Brownlee Rd. Calhoun, LA, information@buckcommander.com, or upload the pictures via www.buckcommander.com
   2. Entrants should include their return address and telephone number and a (under 200 words) story of the photos being submitted.
   3. All submissions shall become the sole property of Buck Commander and may be used in any manner in all media.
   4. JPG Files only.
   5. Stories must include the name of hunter shown, and a paragraph under 200 words written about the hunt.
   6. Buck Commmander reserves the right to alter any submission.
   7. Photos must be exclusive to Buck Commander.
   8. Buck Commander’s decisions regarding all contest matters are final and nonappealable. All submissions are subject to the terms of these rules and all entrants agree to be bound by these rules and Buck Commander’s decisions. Buck Commander reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
   9. Producer may, in its sole discretion, take whatever measures it deems necessary or appropriate to preserve the integrity of the contest.
3. ELIGIBILITY
   1. Employees of Buck Commander, and affiliated companies and anyone involved in the production, or administration of the contest, as well as immediate family/same household members of anyone so employed or engaged are not eligible for prize awards.
   2. Buck Commander reserves the right to at any time implement new eligibility criteria and/or modify existing eligibility criteria, including, without limitation, geographical and age restrictions.
   3. Persons under 18 may enter but written parental consent will be required before their entries will be considered.
   4. Each submission must be solely the original work of entrant.
   5. Each entrant represents that his/her submission does not infringe on any third party’s copyrighted material, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
   6. By submitting their photo each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend and hold harmless Buck Commander in this contest, appearance on the website, and/or acceptance or use of any prize.
   7. Buck Commander reserves the right to at any time change sweepstakes rules and procedures. No purchase necessary
