Well boys, the BUCK COMMANDER dvd is out on the shelves and we are finishing up the final episodes for the BC tv show for WILD TV in Canada.  We are just about finished with all the footage from last season.  We have been getting all your emails in response to the dvd and we are extremely grateful for all the positive comments and reactions to our first production.

As many of you have witnessed, the BUCK COMMANDER dvd is a faced paced, action-packed video that will captivate you from the second it begins!  To do something completely different from what has become customary in the hunting industry, we didn’t have any guidelines to follow or preconceived notions on how we would put the dvd together.  Our main goal was to produce a product that entertained everyone, not just those who already enjoy our great sport of deer hunting.  We wanted the dvd to encompass our passion for hunting, but at the same time show a side of the BUCKMEN  that most people wouldn’t ever get to see.  All of the guys here at BC grew up hunting and enjoy everything that comes along with being in the outdoors, spending time with your friends and family.  The time spent putting up deer stands, scouting, traveling, and everything else that we do during deer season is all part of why the hunting way of life is so rewarding.  Getting a big buck is the culmination of all the time and effort that we put in, but it’s the experiences along the way that I really look forward to year in and year out.  The stories that are told, the fellowship that is shared, and the thrill of the actual hunt, all captivate us in different ways.  You can’t really put your finger on one particular thing, but each of us have something inside us that sends great anticipation through our veins when the month of August approaches.

The summer is winding down, and we are looking forward to the fall and winter months and the cooler weather that it brings.  What is it that makes us start daydreaming about where we might hang a stand this season, or wonder how that big buck from last season eluded us, or relive a memorable hunt from years gone by?  It’s the entire experience of deer hunting that does this to us.  Something so unique and special, that it enthralls us to the point where once the season ends, we can’t wait for it to begin again.  BUCK COMMANDER stands for this way of life and we are fortunate enough to share that with you in our dvd.  We aren’t professional hunters by any means, nor do we claim to be…we’re just like all of you who share the same enthusiasm and passion for deer hunting as we do!
